A: No. The NeuroPresence Method™ is fully virtual. We use digital tools, app-based assessments, and video consultations to deliver care anywhere in the world. If you live locally, in-person options may be available.
A: Our programs are not designed around insurance limitations. This allows us to offer a complete, root-cause solution rather than piecemeal symptom relief. However, you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds.
A: We use functional questionnaires, video assessments, brain mapping tools, at-home apps (like HRV and balance testing), and optional lab testing for hormones, inflammation, or nutrient imbalances.
A: No. While Dr. Albright is a board-eligible chiropractic neurologist, this program focuses on brain-based evaluation, functional medicine principles, and nervous system retraining—not spinal adjustments.

A: Depending on your tier, you’ll receive video lessons, supplement protocols, check-in calls, tracking forms, and customized plans. All core content is available through our secure online platform.
A: Yes. Everyone who completes the intake process receives a custom reset strategy tailored to their neurological, hormonal, and immune patterns. Platinum-level members receive full concierge personalization.
